TagTrack UHF25 is a durable button-style UHF RFID tag designed for identifying and tracking textiles subjected to intensive industrial laundry processes. The housing, made of durable polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) and high-temperature epoxy resin, provides high resistance to water, high temperature, pressure and the chemicals used in industrial laundries. The tag can be permanently sewn into workwear, medical garments, linen, mops, towels, napkins and other textile products.
Thanks to its special antenna design, TagTrack UHF25 offers a read range of up to 5 metres — an exceptional result for an RFID tag in such a compact button form. The NXP UCODE 9 chip enables fast, bulk reading of many tags simultaneously, supporting identification, record-keeping, stocktaking and textile management processes in industrial laundries, hotels, hospitals, schools and manufacturing plants.
